"People often ask me what "style" landscaping we do. It's difficult to answer this, as every piece of property is completely different. However, I think of it as essentially European, in that whether the design is formal, naturalistic or cottage style, there is an emphasis on the architectural bones of the design; there is the sense of separate spaces or outdoor rooms flowing into one another. We use masses of groundcovers, easy-care flowering and fragrant plants that change throughout the year, and we plan to make the finished work look as though it has been there forever."
